Quick trip, Brooke ACTION!

Well, another visit came & went too quickly. Of course, we managed to jam pack the days full of good company, food, movies, wine, debate, zoo snuggles, and lots-o-laughter. I'll admit I'm a wee bit disappointed in myself for not snapping more photos...but we did manage to fit in couple good jumps :)

Denver eats ACTION!

Naturally (being the good little eaters we are) both of these revolve around food ;) The first one I snapped of Brooke on our way into Benny's for some mmm...mmm...good Margs. The last one we took as we were one our way to meet the crew for some Sushi Hai sake bombs. Denver does not lack of good food dives, I tell ya. Had we actually stepped it up with the camera, we could've also had some Pete's Kitchen, Yard House, and Hacienda Colorado action, too! (told you we were good eaters ;)

Off to work for a few hours then I'll be settling in for a nice, peaceful Thanksgiving. Wishing those of you hittin' the road safe travels!

Middle of nowhere ACTION!

I instantly loved this shot from Csaba, taken in Death Valley National Park, California. For one, I'm a sucker for those shots that are taken out in the middle of nowhere, without another soul in sight. And secondly, I can literally hear the laughter oozing from the screen. Joyful jumpers make me smile :)

So, we had a giggle-rific evening out for Brooke's first night in town. Not that you should have to ask, but yes, we did manage to fit in some action along the way. And that was only the beginning...who knows what day 2 will bring our way :)

1). Nasty McNasterson has officially left our casa - both Jeff & I are germ free & back to our healthy selves :)

I Will Survive ACTION!

Ewwww. Jeff was kind enough to share his lovely bug with me so I spend all of yesterday curled up on the couch sick. It appears to have only been the good ol' fashioned 24 hour flu, though, because I am feeling MUCH better today. I'm still tired, and plan to spend the day doing a whole lot of nothing, but I'll take over yesterday's misery in heartbeat!
